We arranged a time to view the car, but when I ended up running late from work, I gave Darren a call, he was so friendly and professional and even offered to pick me up so I could still test drive the car. That alone really stood out to me.During the test drive, Darren answered all my questions and made me feel completely at ease. I even drove the car back to the dealership myself, which gave me a lot of confidence. I was so impressed with both the car and Darren’s approach that I decided to go ahead and buy it.At the dealership, I met Sarah, who was just as fantastic, warm, personable, and very reassuring. As this was my first car purchase, I was naturally a bit nervous, but she talked me through everything clearly and helped calm my nerves. She also helped me sort out the tax when I came to pick the car up a few days later, which made the whole process so much smoother.They also included 12 months AA cover and a 3-month warranty, which was a great bonus and gave me extra peace of mind.I honestly can’t rate Sarren Car Sales Ltd highly enough. The customer service is outstanding friendly, professional, and genuinely supportive. Buying a second hand car can be hit or miss as, of course they’re used. However Sarren Ltd ensured that my vehicle was up to a high standard. Helped me with any issues and were really helpful. They genuinely make cars as great as they can. Dave and Megan were very accommodating and patient with me. Would recommend!

Just before Christmas we needed to get a car for our son who is at University in Newcastle as his VW Polo had died. Saw the Dacia Sandero at Sarren and can honestly say that of all the places I have bought cars from Sarren is the only one I would willingly go back to. Great people and great service. And yes he loves the Sandero !
